This policy explains how Brainiac Creation Sdn Bhd ("Brainiac Creation", "we", "us") collects, uses, discloses and protects your personal data when you use www.brainiaccreation.com or contact us. It is issued in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

• Direct contact: details you share when you email, call or WhatsApp us.
• Technical data: your IP address and basic browser information, which our server records to prevent spam and abuse of the form.

• To reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal or quote, and discuss your project.
• To deliver and support services you engage us for.
• To protect the website and the form from spam and misuse.
• To meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not add you to marketing mailing lists without your consent.

We share personal data only where needed for the purposes above: with our staff and contractors working on your enquiry or project, with our website hosting and email service providers who process data on our behalf, and with authorities where the law requires it.

4. Third-party services on this website

• Google Fonts: the site loads typefaces from Google, which receives your IP address to deliver the font files.
• WhatsApp and social links: if you open WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn or Google, those services' own privacy policies apply.

The site stores two small, non-personal preferences in your browser: whether you have already seen the intro animation, and whether you closed the floating video for the current visit. They are not used for tracking or advertising.
